30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@a-luxe.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return shipping label within 1 business day.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any courier location.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, accessories, and items purchased with a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
